In most cases a Large meeting room will probably meet your needs and the good news is we have plenty of them. We will do our best to accommodate your request if there is less than 2 weeks advanced notice but access may not be available.Īcademic requests will receive higher priority than non-academic or non-credit events. Please do not request more than 3 events each week to allow others to make requests as well. We require a minimum of one week's notice for requests to be met. Once scheduled you will be able to choose a date and time to have temporary access so you may create the Webinar/add Presenters/Setup registration/Send invitations. The first step is to schedule the webinar by filling out the Request form and choosing a date and time. The university has a very limited number of Webinar and Large Room licenses that we can add to your Zoom account for limited times.
